ZS series linear vibrating screen is featured by its stable and reliable running, low consumption, low noise, long life, stable vibration and high screening efficiency. It is mainly used in the sieving dry powder, fine granular or fine powder materials in the industries of abrasive raw materials, chemical, plastic, medicine, resin powder, ceramic raw materials, metallurgy, building materials, grain, fertilizer and so on.
ZS series linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors, when the two vibrating motors do synchronous and repeated rotation, the excitation force generated by the eccentric block in the direction parallel to the motor axis cancel each other, in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis stacked as a combined force, so the movement track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor axes have an angle of inclination relative to the screen surface, and under the combined force of excitation force and material self-gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and jumps forward in linear motion, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading the material. It can be used in the assembly line to realize automatic operation. Screening mesh can reach up to 325 mesh, 7 kinds of different particle sizes of materials can be separated out.
