Reciprocating coal feeder is one of the main equipment in coal mine production system, its main purpose is to load coal evenly from storage bunker or unloading pit to the conveyor or other screening and storage devices.
Product description：
This machine is composed of a trough body with a fixed coal storage bin and a movable base plate with a crank linkage device, as well as rollers, gates and transmission devices.
Working Principle :
When the motor is started, the bottom plate, which is inclined at 5°, is dragged by the flexible coupling, reducer and crank linkage mechanism to make a linear reciprocating movement on the rollers, and then it is continuously and evenly unloaded into the transportation equipment or other screening equipment, according to the needs, the machine can be equipped with funnels with and without funnels depending on the order.
The machine has two structural forms: equipped with adjusting gate and without adjusting gate, the productivity listed in the table is the one when the adjusting gate is adjusted to a large position (equivalent to machine without adjusting gate).
