Unique structure design: Suspended beam hanging, simple and easy installation, easy spare parts replacement.

Plane rotary type vibration: This machine is different from the traditional vibrating screen, the material motion track is horizontal circular motion at the feeding end, gradually becomes elliptical motion in the length direction, and becomes approximate reciprocating linear motion at the discharging end, so that the material is fully dispersed on the screen to achieve higher processing capacity.

Higher screen passing rate: The screen frame is equipped with silica gel bouncing ball, which keeps bouncing up and down and vibrating the screen during the screen operation, preventing the material from blocking the screen and achieving a higher product qualified rate.

Low noise, low static load: triangle belt transmission driven and sieving machine without up and down vibration, so it makes the whole machine with a very low running noise decibel, stable and reliable performance.

Good sealing, the main parts adopt mechanical bending, riveting, welding. The upper cover adopts quick-open sealing cover, which is convenient to replace the screen.
