Circular vibrating screen is a multi-layer, high-efficiency vibrating screen, since its trajectory is similar to a circle, so it is called circular vibrating screen. Circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder type eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, it is featured by its long material screen drip line, various screening specification and wide application fields.
Circular vibrating screen structure is mainly consists of screen box, exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor. The electric motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the triangle belt, and the screen box is vibrated due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter. Different amplitude can achieve by changing the exciter eccentric weight.
