Three dimensional vibrating screen filter, also known as rotary vibrating screen, this series of products is a general vibrating screening, filtering equipment and has a good application in powder, small particles and liquid materials. 

Rotary vibrating screen adopts the upright motor as vibration source, the motor is installed at both ends of the eccentric weight, then changes motor rotation motion into horizontal, vertical, oblique three-dimensional motion, after that, it transfers the movement to the screen surface, thus the material on the screen surface spread outward, so the series of vibrating screen is called as rotary vibrating screen. Rotary vibration screen has the advantages of long track of material running, high screen surface utilization rate. You can change the material trajectory on the screen surface by adjusting phase angle of the upper and lower weights at two ends. The material can be refined screening, probability screening, etc. 

After the start-up of rotary vibration screen, the power device (vibration motor up and down the eccentric block with different phase), due to the effect of high speed placement and a compound inertia force, the inertia force is forced to screen machine vibration body with a compound rotation motion, under the action of vibration force, screen frame moves with a continuous reciprocating motion, drives the screen surface for periodic vibration, so that the material on screen surface together with the screen box move with a directional active movement, in the meantime, materials smaller than the screen surface aperture pass through the sieve and fall into the bottom layer, which become the undersized material, after continuous jumping movement, materials larger than the screen surface aperture discharge from the discharging port, thus the screening work is completely finished. The motion trajectory of rotary vibrating screen vibrating body is a complex three-dimensional spatial curve, the projection of the curve on the horizontal plane is circular, and the projection on the two vertical planes is two identical ellipses. In practice use, the motion path of the material on the screen surface can be changed by adjusting the relative phase of the eccentric block at vibration motor both ends, so as to achieve different screening operation purposes.
