Product Description:
Activated feeders are suitable for external conveying in a variety of open yards. The raised discs of the activated feeder transmit vibrations throughout the pile, making unloading much easier. This allows wet and frozen material piles such as coal, ore, potassium carbonate, salt and aggregate to move with and fall from the discs.
The activated feeder is located on a horizontal surface below the pile and serves to stimulate the material to start flowing. Once the material is flowing, the flow rate is regulated by a flow control valve. Control is achieved by connecting the downstream belt scale to the flow control valve.

The activated feeder can greatly improve the material repose angle, so it can achieve the maximization of the material output capacity, usually the material output capacity of the activated feeder is 4 to 5 times of the same size feeder. It is very helpful to improve the operation capacity of collection and transportation stations with large throughput.
