XZD banana screen machine is a kind of self-synchronous heavy duty equal-thick vibrating screen, which is widely used in large quantities of materials screening in mining operations. On the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technologies, our company have designed XZD banana type vibrating screen machine by ourselves, compared with the traditional screen with same specification, XZD banana screen machine has a larger processing capacity, single unit processing capacity is 1.5~2 times that of the traditional grading screen.
XZD banana screen machine has a inclined surface at the feeding end, starting at 34°, followed by a number of angles down to the discharge end of about 10°. Screen surface uses different dip angle of broken line form, the material layer thickness is unchanged from the feeding end to the discharging end. Each section of the screen surface material volume and flow rate ratio is stable and the material layer is high, which shows uniform state, besides, screening efficiency is significantly improved, the capacity of banana vibrating screen is 1-2 times higher than that of vibrating screen with same effective area, XZD banana screen machine has qualified screening efficiency for high fine particle content, especially when the material size is less than 1/2 of the size of the grading material content.
