YBS tumbler vibrating screen simulates the effective principle of manual screening movement, it is a circular screening machine specially designed to meet the requirements of high yield and high precision screening of granular materials, and meets the customers' requirements for screening efficiency and fine process of granular materials.
Similar to the artificial screening motion, the circular motion of the screen is combined with the pitching upward parabolic motion by adjusting the eccentricity, radial direction and tangential angles to establish the horizontal and throwing three-dimensional rolling motion. The material is evenly distributed on the whole screen surface from the center to the outer edge, so that the fine particles are transmitted axially in spiral motion, thus completing the whole screening process;
The horizontal and vertical accelerations increase with the particle motion, and the particles close to the mesh size are separated successfully; Larger particles are transported to the outlet, where the flow is controlled by an adjustable guide device, which is another factor to control the residence time of materials.
This process is repeated between each sieve layer to complete material screening.
